Chill atmosphere, staff were nice, near to all the main stuff I wanted to go

Filtered tap water, daybeds in the window to sit and read or just relax. They had an air filter in the room. A small basket of exercise equipment, small weights, balls, a yoga mat and a stretch band. So many seating options in the room. Great products and a mosturising face mask.

Everything was exceptional from check-in to check-out. The staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout our entire stay. The location was perfect! We were able to easily walk or take quick Uber to everything we wanted to see and do. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. It truly made our trip even more special.

Perfect location and reasonably priced. Will plan more theater time in Chicago and definitely plan to return here.

Great sized room given Chicago. Under new ownership they did a beautiful job with the renovation. They also retained the doorman Antonio who's the best! Excellent location and beautiful view. Easy walking distance to a lot of attractions. Price for valet parking with in's and out's was a great value and actually cheaper than near by lots.

I was 1/2 a block from my meeting location. This hotel had it all....clean updated interior design, great city view, spacious room, great price and an incredibly courteous and helpful staff. L7 knocked it out of the park and I will most definitely stay there again.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable bedding. It was a great location overall.

Close to the loop, shopping and the Chicago Theatre

The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious with good light, a good amount of counter space, and multiple good mirrors. Appreciated the in room tea set up, the yoga mat, and the mini fridge. The staff was so kind, and the space really felt welcoming. I also appreciated the outdoor enclosed space where you could wait for transport without being directly in the elements.

Love the window seats. They are very comfortable and it’s nice to have a place to chill while looking at the river and city. That was our favorite thing about the room. We also liked how large the room was and it had a great view.

The staff was very friendly and always helpful. The location is very central.

Fantastic location, lovely spacious room with window seats to enjoy the view. But the best part was the phenomenal staff. Alex on reception went above and beyond to make my stay special and Antonio was so welcoming and accommodating I cannot praise them enough. Some lovely touches such as a yoga mat in your room, a hydrating face mask, the 24hour coffee station and happy hour was great value. I would highly recommend this hotel and most definitely return when I next visit Chicago!

The location of this hotel was excellent. Very close to hustle and bustle of Chicago and almost all the attractions of the city.

Large rooms in suite at excellent price. Pleasant staff and nice bar although not always open at lunch time. Good location.
